We act as an intermediary between clients and healthcare providers but do not provide medical advice or treatment. All medical decisions are made between you and your chosen physician.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are seeking medical services voluntarily and understand the risks involved.
• You provide accurate and complete information when submitting forms or requests.

3. Consultations & Bookings

• Contact Form Submissions: Filling out our contact form does not guarantee a booking. A TruvaBeauty representative will follow up to discuss options.
• Medical Eligibility: Final treatment approval rests with the healthcare provider, not TruvaBeauty.
• Pricing & Payments:
  • Package quotes are estimates only and subject to change based on medical evaluations, travel dates, and availability.
  • A deposit may be required to secure bookings.
  • Full payment is due before travel unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation by You:
  • Deposits may be non-refundable (varies by provider).
  • Cancellation fees may apply for flights, hotels, or medical appointments.
• Cancellation by Provider: If a physician or clinic cancels, we will help reschedule or refund applicable fees.
• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel and medical insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations or complications.

5. Medical Disclaimer

• No Guarantees: Outcomes of medical procedures vary. We do not guarantee results or assume liability for complications.
• Third-Party Providers: We vet clinics and doctors but are not responsible for their actions, malpractice, or changes in treatment plans.
• Patient Responsibility: You must disclose full medical history to your provider and follow pre/post-op instructions.

6. Travel & Logistics

• Flights & Accommodations: We book these on your behalf but are not liable for airline/hotel delays, cancellations, or changes.
